This Company Is Completely Dishonest - Do Not Use

This company is a complete rip off. They take your money and take your bags. They give you endless excuses as to why they can't get your bags to you, constantly contradict themselves and just blatantly lie.

Please do your research on Google on this company. They have already been prosecuted and I cant understand why they are still allowed to trade. It's so unfair. My son sent all his personal possessions with them and they just stole them. It's a very nasty operation.

This was not a one off and I just wish I had just done a Google search on them before using this company.

Worst Company Ever Do Not Use! Being Investigated!

I would never recommend this company! Ever! They are the rudest most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with.. We are missing out luggage.. Took out insurance and they refuse to answer the phone and is rude when replying to emails. Please do not waste your hard earned cash on this rude company. THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME AND LOTS OF OTHER CUSTOMERS FROM THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AS WE WERE ASKING COMMENTS WHERE OUR GOODS ARE... What kind of company does that??

They are currently being investigated in Oz as there is plenty more customer like me. Please do not waste your money. Thsnks

You Have Been Warned!

If you don't want to lose your possessions read on. This review represents an ongoing situation. My 88 year old mother has lived in Australia for 26 years and in the autumn of her life came back to live with me in her native England in August of this year (2015). Knowing she couldnt take everything with her she spent several months sifting through her life's possessions to return to the UK with the minimum of baggage. She took advice and reduced her entire home and garden to 5 tea chests of the most precious of sentimental items, ornaments, albums, DVDs of family events, letters from precious people, and so on. She also packed winter clothes. She was given the option by this company to choose either a faster service (7-9 weeks from door to door) or 3 months so she chose the former as she had Australian gifts she wanted to give to grandchildren for their birthdays. The good were collected in June (4 teachests) and the last one in August just before her departure on the 24th. My mother of course paid for everything fair and square. It was a huge emotional upheaval moving back to the UK at 88 but my mum knew it was for the best. All her furniture and larger items were auctioned or donated to Charity shops so she came here with a couple of suitcases and handluggage knowing her winter clothes and other things would be arriving before too long. Nothing has arrived and no contact has been forthcoming - in fact she has been ignored. She has emailed and attempted online chat communication with the company and the only response in the 10 weeks she has been here was a reply to say her goods would be here "in the next 2 or 3 weeks" and this was several weeks ago. Not once did they get in touch to say there was a problem. Finally she discovered on the internet an article suggesting that the company is under investigation (article dated September 20th in the Sydney Morning Herald). I posted a link to this article on their social media and asked if this is the case? The article reveals many other people whose possessions have also gone astray as a result of using this company who have fought a losing battle sometimes for more than a year and given up because of the nature of what they are up against. They also speak about the person at the helm in a way that I also recognise since receiving an unpleasant email from them myself today, an email which is full of preposterous comments none of which is true. The upshot of this is that my aged mother is left without her 5 teachests because apparently they have been languishing in a warehouse in Sydney awaiting some spurious extra charges of which she has never been informed. The other outcome is we have been told that if we pay the extra charge, and remove the link from their social media page, the tea-chests will be released from the warehouse and dispatched. What a way to treat customers. Extortion. Neither I nor my mother respond to threats. The money was paid in good faith and as the express rate was paid for and not received, any spurious extra charges (none of which is genuine)could have easily been absorbed. This is out and out robbery. I have read this website of comments and there are endless negative reviews. The positive ones are clearly very dubious indeed. Use at your peril. I shall be setting up my own facebook group for those people affected by this company so please look out. If you have been affected you can also contact the usual departments of fair trading who are on the case.

I am sorry to say that it seems the man in question is untouchable. After 6 months of pursuing justice we were left empty handed and my elderly mother became ill. He may have friends in high places (check his family tree) and this may explain how he can continue to advertise and deceive the public. What is interesting is that when challenged by the authorities (kangaroo court) he behaves like the injured party and creates a fantasy which puts all the blame on the client. He also neglects (deliberately I suppose) to supply important customs paperwork from the start then asks the client for reference numbers as soon as they query missing items. This then makes the client feel it's their fault. We are only now realising the extent of items missing from my mother's containers. What is needed (and we tried) is to get investigative reporters on the case but it seems there is an impenetrable protective cloak around him. The only way we were going to get anywhere was to return my 90 year old mum to Sydney to go to court as the telephone hearing we had was a total farce. My mum had spent weeks supplying every scrap of info but when it came to the phone call the guy in question did not seem to have read the info....if you are young and determined you might get somewhere but most clients are no longer in Australia (hence a good basis for this style of business....) and run out of steam pursuing justice. The list of wronged customers has about 45 names and these were just ignored by the authorities. As I said, untouchable. If you are keen to fight for what is yours and what you paid for there are some names I can give you...best of luck...reply here.

Great And Timely Service!

I sent 7 suitcases from Melbourne Australia to Paris France using discount freight.

After reading the reviews on this and similar pages, I became quite nervous whether the choice I made was right and whether I was going to receive the luggage at all.

I worked with the advisor, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I received my bags in 2 months as promised by the company and everything was safe and sound.

I am very satisfied as I didn't pay too much to receive this service. The company did deliver.

I will use them again and recommend them to others.

No it sounds highly unlikely - you only have to read my account which is still ongoing - it is over 5 months since my mother handed over the money to transport 5 packing cases of the last worldly goods of her life (she is 88) and they are apparently still in a warehouse in Sydney. It almost seems like he takes the money...............and runs. I

Really Good Experience

I was shipping some items home from an extended stay for my job. I wasnt sure about international shipping so I was veey happy when I found theae guys. I had so many questions. I probably drove them crazy with my daily emails. They always returned my questions with professional and informative replies. While I opted to not ship certain items due to the rules I wasnt dissatisfied with these guys. They gave me many options and worked to find the beat way at the right price. Im happy to report thet my shipped container was recieved ontime and the tracking was very simple. I have more stuff to ship soon and its a clear choice of who I Wil choose from now on. Thanks guys! I think I would have liked to know the rules on shipping internationally in real terms before Ipurchased but I was still happy with eveverything.

Pretty Good Service For What It Is

Freight shipping is what it is. Long term shipping. Received our 2 cases before the timeline. Paper work is typical but there were some items we didn't know could not be sent so had to take them out and re box them. Once that was figured out we scheduled a pick up and they got them and saw then 2 1/2 months later. If you want over night shipping this is not the service for you. But now issues like ones being described.

Received Items But Hard To Communicate

I received my 3 boxes within the time limit they told me I would get them but I was trying to get them delivered to another address and they were hard to get a hold of. Final when I did they said they could not because the carrier that delivers is country related out of the custom depot and not their company. Sucks but we got them. Next time I am definitely using tracking to keep an eye on them I had no idea when they would actually be delivered and missed them 2x since someone had to sign for them. Overall I am happy I got my packages.

Please do not use this company. I promise that if you do, you will regret it and you will have a horrible time. You will most likely be ripped off and at some point the manager will write you a threatening email.

IN fact I am waiting to get my next threatening email as I have written a few reviews of how bad this company is. Normally when this happens, the manager immediately emails and says he will sue you for damages.

I strongly believe that this company is ripping people off. I have found over 50 negative reviews online. All the positive reviews seem to be 5/5 and written in the same voice.

I wish I had done more research before paying this company as had I known all of the negative reviews I would not have used them.

Say Goodbye To Your Belongings!!!

DO NOT USE THEM...I was told my 3 packages were to be delivered from Aust. to France in 10 weeks. 17 weeks later I got in contact with them and told it was un-deliverable and being returned to Aust...WHAT CRAP!!...From France, telephoned everyday non stop for 2 months before getting a reply...more lies answers.Then had to return to Aust.(death in the family)...tried for another 2 weeks before getting them on the phone..even more lies..Finally got answers by using a DIFFERENT PHONE EVERY CALL (over 50+ phones used)...had 1 e-mail in all this time, saying it was picked up by another courier and was to be returned...had to telephone courier to find out if it was true...it was,but with wrong name and address. Finally got my stuff back after 8 months since being picked up with no refund THE OWNER... SHOULD BE IN JAIL. After reading all the reveiws I feel lucky to have got my stuff back!Most people don't !!!! IF YOU NEED A FREIGHT SERVICE,PAY A LITTLE MORE, BUT , USE A REPUTABLE ONE !! NOT THESE CONMEN!!!
