Coliglia collected my large parcel, but never delivered. It took about 3 months and lots of e-mails and phone calls to get my insurance claim back, never did get my delivery costs back, very, very unproffesional in dealing with customers.

Was very happy with the Coliglia service. They collected & help me with all relevent paperwork needed for my international shipment.

I feel I have had the most awful experience dealing with this company. My little grandson's polar bear got left behind in a hotel in Majorca and I contacted Coliglia to arrange for pick up and delivery to me. All I seemed to get was a runaround and fairy stories about the return of the little boy's bear. Originally I was told that delivery would take about 2-3 days and after more than a week I am still no further forward. I still don't know if they know the whereabouts of the parcel or anything. It is very frustrating for me and quite heartbreaking for my grandson who is only 3 and doesn't understand where his bear is.
