‘Overnight’ delivery collected Thursday. Delivery time given for Friday. Didn’t arrive.and no communication to say why. I contacted on Saturday and was told it would arrive Monday.

I frequently use Chase Freight ltd as my preferred service, always on time and dedicated to delivering a professional and friendly service every time. I have recommended Chase to many of my contacts and all are very pleased.

A friendly family like service that i have been able to rely on countless times.

Chase Freight offer good value for money. The staff are very helpful and do their utmost to resolve any issues. It is good to deal with such a friendly service

Some of their female staff members in the office are often quite rude and offish - so much so we do our best to avoid calling about delayed deliveries and other problems that we tend to have on a regular basis.

They don't treat you parcels with much care and the drivers although generally nice people are very heavy handed and will often damage your stuff. Don't bother claiming for anything they damage - don't waste your time - they don't want to know.

When things start to go wrong their true colours shine through - they have an attitude like they are doing you a favour and if you aren't happy with it, well you can "get lost". Phone calls regarding problems never get returned, empty promises made by their sales staff, all smoke and mirrors.

Their user interface for printing and checking deliveries is cumbersome and time consuming.

I wouldn't recommend them or the APC network they are part of. We're using someone else now.
