very eager to charge and very poor customer service at delivery

I had an experience of hell using British Monomarks. Getting an answer from them is like trying to squeeze a brick. They don't bother to answer any of their emails. They don't bother to answer their phone. Even more infuriating is that they don't acknowledge payment! My advice is to avoid Monomarks. There's a reason why they boast they've been around since 1925, it's because they are still living in 1925!
