I used to send regular parcels through many of the big parcel providers but found that when things went wrong , got lost , damaged or delivered late I was unable to speak to anybody who could actually help me ! Endless answer phones or call centres who charged you money ( 0870 etc ) to read out my tracking status to me - which I am quiet capable of doing myself . I have now discovered Barcode Logistics who are a breath of fresh air , real people who care about service , they will chase the timed parcels for me , collect from me at a time I want and provide CUSTOMER SERVICE .

I would not take my business elsewhere and I even give them my sameday and international parcels swell .

The big parcel companies SHOULD offer this level of service but Barcode Logistics DELIVER.
