I needed a garden furniture set (of quite substantial size) delivered to my customer before a certain day and Area Deliveries went above and beyond to make sure my customer received their item before that day.

I ordered a bed from John Lewis and was suprised and nervous to find that it wasn't John Lewis themselves delivering.

A young chap called to arrange my delivery and seemed very knowledgeable and I was pleased deliver would be on a Saturday.

Unfortunately Saturday morning I had a call to advise that the bed would be delayed due to traffic until later in the evening. I spoke to the same young man and although we were initially annoyed, these things do happen and so we changed our plans and the delivery arrived at 5pm that night.

The two men delivered to the bedroom and allowed us time to inspect. All items were excellent quality and we were very happy indeed!

These men really go the extra mile (no pun). Nothing was too much trouble and true professionals. I ordered a complete furniture range and the team assembled it in the room for me and took the boxes away.

My delivery requirements were quite specific, I needed a call an hour before and help upstairs. Most companies cannot do this and give you a massive delivery window but I found Area deliveries to be most accommodating!

The drivers unlike most 'white van me' were polite, well spoken and presentable which is a rarity in itself.
