Worst Customer Service I've Never Encounter.

My wife and my son went into a Sprint store to get his new iPhone, he has the iPhone forever plan and was told that he did not have that plan.

They were also told that they could not be helped because they were not the main person on the plan.My wife asked to speak to a manager and was told by the person helping her he was the manager which was not the case five minutes later the manager showed up and said that person was just an associate.

The manager said the account does not have that plan so they would not be able to help her.

After work I pulled up my contract and printed it out and on my way back I stopped at a Best Buy store since there was not a Sprint store close to me they were able to fix the problem and could not understand why the Sprint store did not see that my son has this option on his account.

For the last 5 days I've been trying to call Sprint customer service and halfway through the conversation the phone will go dead (they hang up ).

This Seems to be a common practice at Sprint customer service whenever they don't have an answer for something they just hang the phone up.

I'm working on trying to find a new service provider.

Sprint is the worst....

Sprint-hell

I have been a "valued customer" of Sprint for about 8 years. This is one of the deceptive terms they use to make you think that they are sincerely interested in providing their customers with good service.

For years I had no complaints about them...until the past few years. Then I started noticing erroneous charges on my bill which were quickly cleared up.

Then I mistakenly upgraded my phone which lasted about six months before breaking down. Because it was under warranty I wrongly assumed it would be replaced without difficulty. But after several attempts to resolve this issue through there customer service ( another misnomer) I returned to the store where I purchased it and was told by the store manager that they should be able to replace it...which they finally did after a total of 12 hours on the phone to them by me that week, not to mention the repeated calls made by the manager! Then several months ago, I discovered overage charges on my bill which turned out to be from mobile-to-mobile calls I had made. When

Worst Cell Phone Company Ever!

I have had AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint....Sprint by far is the worst cell phone company I have ever had. My phone never has bars and when it does, it still drops calls. I can't even keep calls. One time I dropped someone three times while I was talking to them. At first, Sprint seemed to work well and I didn't have any problems, but now I wouldn't mind throwing my phone away and never looking back. I can't bring Facebook up. Sometimes my phone decides to not send texts or BBMs even though I have "service" and constantly have to take the battery out to reset it so I can send messages again. And sometimes when I text, errors will come up and I have no clue why. When I talked to someone about it, they weren't very helpful. I would love to cancel my service.

Sprint Is The Worst Cell Phone Customer Service I

Sprint is the worst cell phone customer service I have ever experienced. They don't do what they say. One guy will say yes to you and then return to the second guy who will say no to you or increase the price of the plan.

Overall, I Was So Mad With My Sprint In New York C

Overall, I was so mad with my Sprint in NEW YORK CITY, when I went home to Ohio, my mood towards Sprint didn't change at all. You pay too much and you get too little, or you get none at all. They told me that to end my contract, I would have to pay a charge of $1500! The contract said $175. That drove me CRAZY. I showed them my copy of the contract, want to know what they said? "Sorry bud, you got swindled! You are not getting any money back what so ever. It is a flexible rate." Yes, it was a flexible rate, but, it could not change more than 5% per year, as said in the fine print. The most it could have been was $179.38. They told me I'd have to pay $1500.00. DON'T BUY SPRINT.

I Was Sold A Phone From Sprintpcs Under The Impres

I was sold a phone from SprintPCS under the impression that I would be eligible for a rebate and then later found out I could not get it. My phone bill every month so far has been a constant struggle of taking off charges that should not exist, such as downloaded games and ringers. I don't even have Internet access. I don't even have text messaging. My phone isn't even capable of it.

It is going to be cheaper for me to buy out my contract for the next year and a half, than pay the outrageous fees they are coming up with. My calls drop frequently and my phone does not register all incoming calls. I would never recommend this company to any poor unsuspecting soul.

From The Time I Bought My House, 3 Years Ago, I Ha

From the time I bought my house, 3 years ago, I have been unable to place a call from within my home all the way to the top of my driveway. My phone was constantly searching for a signal, and it would "enter the Sprint service area" at random locations if I walked aroung to attempt to make a call or send a message. Sprint offered me the option to pay an additional $5 to utilize any tower which would pass through my calls, why should I pay for their faults?. However, being desperate, I agreed and blast if the call didn't drop again as I approached my driveway. What's the use of having a cheap plan if you can't make a call.

If Customer Service Matters At All To You, Then Do

If Customer Service matters at all to you, then don't use Sprint!! During my first 2 year contract 7pm night/weekend minutes was free, but after 10 or 11 months I received a letter informing me that Sprint was no longer going to offer that service to ANYONE, and it was withdrawn. About 7 months later I saw a Sprint commercial advertising "Night/weekend minutes at 7pm" was free for new customers. When I called to have that service restarted on my account I was told I would have to pay for it, and that was all they would say. I have had quite a few problems with them lately, and each complaint has generated an email response saying that my problem had been forwarded to a "Special Group" that would investigate it and reply within 24 to 48 hours. This has been going on every day for the past 2 weeks, and I am still waiting on the first group to reply.

While Sprint will say or give away anything to get you to sign a contract, once you do you are nothing more than a way to pay for attracting new customers.
