Metropcs Sucks Terrible Horrible Customer Service.
Phone are outdated but OK.
Coverage is better than I expected.
Plans are very affordable
Customer Service is worst than horrible
For over a week I argued, begged and pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it ad been restored.
Then I found the emails for coroprate HQ. Two emails to three execs and the problem was fixed in two hours. You do the math. Corporate email, fax number, phone number and my complaint letter is at http://SwensonStudio.com/MetroPCS.htm

The Best Value For The Buck! If You Use A Lot Of M
The best value for the buck! If you use a lot of minutes, like my wife, you can discontinue your land line. Service is good. On my trips to Maryland from Florida and back again, I lose the signal in parts of SC but guess what..... everyone can wait a few hours for your call.

You get what you pay for. Very limited coverage area. Even with full bars in the middle of San Francisco call quality was very poor. Either I couldn't hear them or they couldn't hear me or the call was dropped (over and over). Text messages had to be resent multiple times before they finally went through. ALL of my text messages were received hours after they were sent. Text messages from others were received hours late as well.
After having this service for 3 days I've decided to get a refund on my phone and switch to someone else.
Probably just bad luck that central SF is a "dead spot" for reception. I suppose most big cities have similar areas of poor reception due to high rise buildings, especially ones with lots of glass or metal used in their construction.

If you live in Dallas, TX area now, you should have already switched over to Metro PCS. Saves you hundreds a year. Mine switch saved $40 a month x 12 = $480! Going from $85 Cingular to Unlimited $45 Metro PCS! No brainer! Also the same great quality in Dallas area anyways!

I Had The Metro Pcs Mobile Network Service, And Th
I had the Metro PCS mobile network service, and the service is great, but they don't have much of a coverage area in Florida. For $45 per month + tax you get unlimited everything, including outgoing calls, incoming calls, including nights and weekends, and you also get text messaging. Everything is included for the price. It is an awesome deal, but the is not much coverage, so if you travel a lot forget it.
I can't wait for them to get more towers because their service is good.
