Appalling Customer Service And Stole £10 From Me
Joined up 2 weeks ago crediting £10 to the account and sim card arrived the next day. Since then I have never managed to get them to activate the sim as they have a 'technical fault'. Have phoned them 6 times now over the 2 weeks and no promised call back once fixed. Eventually they agreed to send me a replacement sim which arrived today.
This sim wont allow activation online either and so I had to call again and they still cant activate it due to another technical fault. I asked for a refund and they wont allow that either so now I have to contact VISA to do a chargeback for the £10 they have stolen!
Avoid this bunch of cowboys!

Family Mobile Offer Cheap Calls At 9p, Text At 6p,
Family Mobile offer cheap calls at 9p, text at 6p, online billing with auto top- ups so no vouchers to buy. I find them very good, did have a go with Asda Mobile but find that Familymobile are the best.
