2 Weeks No Connection, No Help Ceo's Or Complaints Offices

Lost the connection on my phone 2 weeks ago. I have been emailing customer complaints and even the CEO's office every few days.

I had one acknowledgement then nothing. Nothing is happening and they have even stopped replying.

This poor customer service can NOT be recommended!

Best Costumer Service I Have Received In 2021

A person from the Woolwich store approach me that's in the SE18 Axis that's how I joined EE.

Today the 01/06/2021 I got the most amazing service. A first class service a top to notch service. Store was closing down.

I met three most professional people, I explained my predicament to them.

The manager told his Professional and dedicated crew lets help this person out. first of all, I was so impressed about how they greeted me with smiles on their faces not frown ( Like its closing time you are supposed to know) I was amazed because I was not judged by my dressed down. They sat me down and swing into action to get to the bottom of my query. One man in the process hit his head, but he said he was fine. My query was resolved they went beyond and above. These are three most dedicate and efficient workers' I have met in recent times. They are for sure, huge and massive credit to the company (EE). I am super please they left the Shop 8:25pm this is a shop that closes by 6pm. They did not turn me back because I need my query resolved urgently. I am super proud. I never regret meeting that person in 2017. My query was resolved in no time with cheerful and pleasant workers who genuinely have the best of their customer’s interest at Heart. Well-done beautiful crew. Thank you to the manager, and the two others I am so please EE store in woolwich is place to visit a place where they leave you with everlasting memory

Worse Than Bad!

Worse than BAD! Arranged with EE Customer Service (What a joke) for my PAYM account to be changed to PAYG on 01/12/2020 as I was leaving for Thailand on 30/11/2020. They forget to mention that the PAYG sim needs registering by me in the UK!!! Now I'm doing two weeks quarantine in Bangkok with no network service, can't pay anyone from my UK bank Santander because I can't receive a text with my security code. Hotel phone does not allow international calls, and I only have internet access. Can't contact EE CS online as you can only do this if you have an active PAYM account! Not even sure if they have setup the PAYG sim! Not even worth one star, as Trustpilot doesn't allow none... This is EE loyalty for being a customer for many many years!!

Avoid At All Costs!

Going to make this short and sweet (sour):

Persuaded into buying a contract I didn't need, the prices were put up every month and they were going to charge me over £200 to cancel the contract. Ended up paying £25 a month for a phone and service I didn't use!

Orange and T-Mobile were way better! Should have stayed that way!

I switched to giffgaff in the end. Will never buy a contract again!

And try complaining to so called Customer Service......what a joke. They can't care less. Add to that price increases mid contract....I mean want a farce. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Beware!!

A few years ago I was on the Orange network on a Dolphin Pay As You Go tariff. I had a random call from a number and when I answered it was EE. They were asking me if I was interested in buying a contract to which I said I wasn't. They then proceeded to tell me that my Orange number was soon to be cut off and that the only way I could keep it was to take out an EE contract.

I can't complain about the phone or the network connection. Both were very good. Yet the prices were a different story! I took out a £20 a month contract which was the cheapest they had at the time. Yet the calls and data would run out quickly so I had to buy "add ons" to get the same amount of data. The prices of the add ons went up and up and soon I was paying almost £60 a month for a £20 contract!

I tried to call and cancel the contract, which I was told would cost me over £200 or pass it on to one of my friends! I ended up keeping the phone and not using it or any of the data and spent over a year paying £20 a month for nothing! None of my friends wanted the contract either as they could see what it was! Disaster!

To add insult to injury my family members and their friends were still on either Orange or T-Mobile and their numbers hadn't been cut off! This is when I knew it was rubbish. I told them about it and they were shocked.

EE falsely sold me a contract that in total has cost me somewhere between £200 and £400! Avoid like the plague! They're expensive!

Ee Couldnt Care Less About Existing Customers

Unfortunately EE only care about wining your business not retaining it, the deals they offer new customers compared to what they give there existing customers is huge. They are a huge corporation that have NO sense of customer service just like most large companies these days.

The way to treat these large companies is to cancel your contract the min the agreement runs out and change to the best deal on the market at the time, this is a lot of hassle but will save you money every time, if your lucky the cancelations department will be able to match the offer of the provider you have chosen to go with if not move on and save money. If I thought for one second that EE even look at these reviews and that my comments would make a difference I would continue.

I had 1 GB of data on T-Mobile with unlimited browsing. If went over the 1 GB, which I did every month without extra charges for couple of years, now EE have charged (trying to charge) me £87.00 for going over my 1GB usage last month. I have queried this but their customer service is appalling, been with T-Mobile for over ten years, were brilliant, I have cancelled my direct debit, written a complaint and they're not getting the extra £70 above my normal bill and losing a very loyal customer. How many customers have they lost in the last six months?

EE are the worst phone company I have ever been involved with, by a massive margin. In the year or so I have been with them I have probably had over 10 reasons to get in touch with them, and every time I have been more amazed at how utterly useless their customer service and policies are. Do yourself a favour and leave them. I am counting down the days remaining on my contract, and leaving them is going to be a very joyous occasion for me.

I would like to see that EE try to match current offer which competitors offer? Virgin offer a SIM card only deal for £15 unlimited data, calls & text which you have to admit is a truly tempting offer! I would like to see they EE price match offer like this as otherwise people will leave EE if there is no retention deals to entice people to stay. Does anyone else agree?

Mikes1471

Virgin are by far the better company in terms of customer service and if they offer a lower price you should consider this

Everyone Everywhere should jump ship from EE in my opinion, they are theives and off atrocious levels of service, why would you want to stay with them? Of course they monitor their pricing structure in line with their competitors and guess what, they STILL charge you more, why wouldn't they, you all pay it, it's just a shame they don't invest in customer CARE, customer retention and don't refund money they've stolen from customers

Keep paying them, allow it to continue or change provider and give someone decent your money

margareth.

I don't have any service on my mobile phone. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi, I too had no signal and it turned out that it was because EE had disabled some masts in my area.

I called EE and got through to their technical help and after being put through to their 2nd line technical support I was then able to speak to a customer service manager.

They offered me a signal booster to plug in to my home broadband router, I could not have this option because I don't physically have the electrical sockets where the router is to accomodate it.

So they gave me a PAC to port my number to another network, and terminated my contract without penalty, so their service from that point of view was flawless.

What I would suggest though before settling on a new provider is to get an unlocked phone and try different pay as you go sims in it in the areas you are likely to be, so at home, work, socialising etc, doing this test will tell you the best provider for you.

Do NOT rely on the providers coverage maps, ONLY use them as a very rough guide.

I hope this information helps
