I been with Bell for over 30 years , I have had their Phone , Dial-up , DSL , Mobility and now their fibre OP service ! One would think when the time came to upgrade my cell phone they would give me a break ! I don't think soooo . I called their "Loyalty" department and they offered me what they called a premium phone with the minimal contract starting a low low price of $80 !!!!! which included 300 anytime minutes , 500GB of data , basic voice mail and everything else unlimited. After I refused they sells agent offered me a second hand refurbished phone for cheaper plan of $60 ..what a slap in the face !!
