Appalling Service Level
My boiler broke down during the warranty period. A factory service rep came the next day.
He refused to perform because I could not supply a parking permit (our council does NOT provide parking permits for light vans).
I offered to pay for parking, then upon refusal proposed to refund any (unlikely) fine. He refused again. Talked to his boss who refused again.
I then called for service from an approved service company.
They came and diagnoses they had to order two parts.
It took a week to Vokera to ship the wrong part.
Supply lead time for part is unknown.
Now 16 days without heating. In Winter.
Don't touch Vokera!
