Does Not Work

Do you want a thermostat that fails to come on when the temperature is below what has been set? It is your dream to have a thermostat that (once it finally decides to switch the heating on) stays on long after the desired temperature has been reached? Do you think ease of use and a comprehensible user manual are for wimps? If so, this thermostat is the one for you. Be too cold. Or too hot. All after hours of head scratching as you try to decipher a manual that makes the Voynich Manuscript look like a model of clarity. Thrill as you try to program the device with an arcane and illogical sequence of button presses that give little feedback on whether you have achieved what you were trying to do. Sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that no matter how you program it, the last thing this piece of garbage will actually do is heat your house the way you want it to. Far and away the most stupidly complicated and unintuitive piece of home technology I have ever owned. And I have a Bosch washing machine!

Completely Incomprehensible

A great product I am sure if you are Einstein. No typical householder could even begin to set this up. Who on earth would want 6 different temperature settings per day? And different programs each day. But even if you did you will never understand this device or be able to operate it. And as for the remote transmitter that is even more unfathomable. I have inherited one and I hate it. Why cannot we have a manual thermostat with a rotary dial that you turn? What was so wrong with that? Way beyond the ability of most people and certainly I know of no one who I think could operate it.

Ease Of Using

This product cannot be used in manual mode. It reverts back to the programme. Totally incomprehensible the technical team where useless and advised that it cannot be used in manual and to change the product. No further help forth coming. I felt as if I was wasting their time.

It Has Broken Exactly 13 Months After Installation

Got a new boiler fitted and picked this wireless thermostat out as one we thought would be good and have features we liked. Paired it up easily and had a year of use. It was good in the respect that we could move it from room to room and press a button twice for a blast of heat if needed. Then after a power cut we now cannot pair the stat to the reciever. Rendering the product completely useless. Cant find hardly info online at all other than the original instructions, no trouble shooting sections etc. i have spemt a full day trying things and messing with it.

The product is rubbish
