Excellent Boiler Highly Recommended
Dont know what the previous person is going on about because we have found this boiler excellent, we have had it for 2 years and have neer had any problems with it whatsoever. Energy efficient, heats up our 5-bed victorian house very fast, and the controls are easy to use. Its not noisy and has never let us down, although we use it alot as we have children. Would definately recommend it.

£1700 For A Boiler That Cannot Work During C
£1700 for a boiler that cannot work during cold periods, due to the condensate freezing up! I now have my condensate dripping into a bucket, directly below the boiler! When I sent a querie to the Service Centre at Glow-worm, I was told that his condensate also froze up!! Is this a built-in fault? I am now hearing funny, (expensive?) clattering noises from the Pump. This wouldn't be British Built, by any chance? Never again! Bruce Fraser.
Condensate pipe freezing up is not a fault with the boiler, it is down to the person who fitted it not insulating the pipe as he should have done.
