Glowworm Betacom 30HE Combi Boiler

Instaled this boiler in 2011 and Have had to call plumber in 4 times

due to poor perfomence replaced hot water sensor twice and just spent another £200 on replacing secondery heat exchanger and its still not right.

Have had no trouble for three years, but is now leaking like a sieve and is going to be cheaper to replace than repair.

I'm afraid Glow-worm customer service leaves plenty to be desired. I had my combi-boiler installed less than 2 months ago, and last night the flame/gas fault light came on and it stopped working. It's Tuesday and below zero outside, but the best Glow-worm can do is send an engineer on Friday. I am not happy.

While it was working, it was only okay as well, the hot water has a tendency to just stop in the middle of doing the dishes.

I am a Heating Engineer from Portsmouth, I think these Boilers from Glow Worm are Top Notch for the Money. A around £450.00 all in, you get a Quality name, that is well built, and only half the price of some Boilers, I have installed plenty of these, with no problems what so ever...Go and Buy big name Boilers, they won't last or perform any better...All you pay for is the gimmicks, go for the easy option, your customer will be pleased with this product..
