The Boiler Stopped Working 5 Weeks After The Insta
The boiler stopped working 5 weeks after the installation. It took them 4 days to send a technician (we have a 2 year warranty) even after mentioning we had a baby. A piece was faulty and they did not have it in stock. My boiler is still not working, I have no hot water and the staff at Glow Worm is incredibly rude. It is a shame to provide such bad after sales services.
