Contacted exactcctv via their website about getting a CCTV system after having some minor theft problems from our garden and seeing people scope our property out. Was quoted a few options after sending some pictures of areas to them and chose a full Hikvision system that I felt suited my needs. Compared to the rubbish I ordered off Amazon before or what I have seen in Maplin the difference in quality was night-and-day, it really is beyond HD and for the same price too. Everything came ready setup so with a bit of DIY knowledge I put the cameras up and plugged them in and it was already recording. So easy, even for an oldie like me. I had an issue remoting into the cameras and Exact CCTV helped me set that up with my BT router.

Have already recommended to friends and ordered another system for my daughter!

This company have taken money from me after the sales pitch of how good their products were, but now aren't interested as Royal Mail have lost the parcel , they ignore emails and don't deliver so please save you money and look elsewhere
