RED Driving School

I had a great experience with RED Driving School.

This was mainly due to my instructor.

Not only was he understanding and friendly, but he was also well versed in teaching technical driving skills.

As I struggled with positioning, L/R in reverse steering and interaction with other traffic, he always encouraged me to think for myself and act accordingly.

His patience and confidence in my driving paid off when I passed my practical driving test on the first attempt in October 2025.

I highly recommend him to learner drivers in North London and I also vouch for RED Driving School.

With RED, I benefited from excellent accessibility to their service team over the phone, automatic email receipts for every payment and lower prices when buying lesson packages.

I passed my driving test first time in Mill Hill thanks to the best instructor I could’ve asked for. She was calm when I was panicking, funny when I was overthinking, and firm when I needed a little reality check (aka when i thought I was in fast and furious) !!

She explains everything so clearly, makes you actually enjoy driving lessons, and somehow turns all the stressful parts into a laugh. I genuinely looked forward to every lesson and can’t thank her enough for her patience, support and humour.

I learnt to drive through RED Driving School in the South East London area, specifically Grove Park/Bromley. I decided from the get go, after taking a 7 year break from driving that I wanted to stick with automatic and I couldn’t thank him enough for pushing me and encouraging me to never give up or give in, when the obstacles of learning to drive became difficult. It’s safe to say that i couldn’t recommend any other driving school than RED, but especially for those wanting to learn in automatic and live in South East London to get in contact with him as soon as possible!!!

was amazing and would 100% recommend her, she is very patient, understanding, kind and very helpful.

I learnt to drive with RED Driving School in Telford, and my instructor was such a lovely instructor and she really helped me hone my skills. She was really calm and attentive. She made sure to explain everything in detail to me so I understood how to drive safely. She was always available to have lessons on the day that I was available. She was even able to find an earlier test for me. Honestly, she is such a great instructor and every student she has had can testify that she is really helpful.

She is just the best, I felt comfortable to talk to her about anything about driving, would genuinely want to talk to me as well as just having a laugh. I passed first time, if i wasn’t ready she would’ve told me. She would instantly point mistakes and we would focus on those until i got them right. She made me a safe driver, without her I genuinely had no confidence if I had learnt with my parents.

She is the best instructor you could hope for! I am an anxious driver, but she was so kind and patient in teaching me, and with her help I was able to pass on my first attempt! I enjoyed all of my lessons, and she was extremely diligent in ensuring I had sufficient practice on all manoeuvres, and good exposure to any situation that could come my way. Whether you want to do a crash course with a shorter window to learn, or take your time, she will ensure you’re ready. Choose to pass with happy memories!

I couldn't recommend my instructor enough! It has been an absolute pleasure to learn to drive, and pass 1st time. She was very accommodating and flexible for hours, allowing me to book lessons around work. She has a brilliant teaching style; she is calm, informative and teaches you to become an independent and confident driver. She is also a great laugh, creating a fun and relaxed environment. I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend her to anyone learning to drive in North West London.
