Saw some of their branded cars driving around town, which advertised manual or automatic cars to learn in.

E-mailed them three times with my previous driving experience, asking for a quotation for lessons in an automatic.

It's been about four months since the third e-mail was sent.

Apparently the company doesn't want or need my custom. Oh well, their loss.

Hi,
Sorry about your experience.
We upgraded our website in September and created a fully new online booking service. This is revolutionary in our industry but unfortunately because it was so new it did trip us up abit here and there and this is why our responses to you were slow or non existent.

The good news is our system is now fully operational, we are fully organised with it and our current enquiries are being dealt with same day (if not within a few hours).

Again we apologise we couldn't help you back then but if you do get stuck or get a poor service from your instructor remember we are here and can help get you through your driving test :-)

I should add, the website has changed since my last visit and I can now get automatic quotations. Still, I'm put off now.
