I passed my driving test today on my second attempt, and I couldn’t have done it without my instructor. From day one he was calm, patient, and reassuring, which made a massive difference to my confidence. He never rushes you; instead he pinpoints issues clearly, gives practical fixes, and then builds repetitions until the skill sticks.

What I really valued:

• Calm, supportive coaching style — even when I made mistakes, he stayed composed and helped me reset quickly.

• Proactive guidance — he spots habits early (mirrors, positioning, speed on approach) and gives simple cues to keep your focus on safe driving.

• Lesson approach instead of mock tests — at first I wondered why he didn’t take me for full mock tests, but his reasoning was brilliant. He explained that if a learner makes a mistake just before the test, it could create panic and knock confidence. Instead, he spends the time addressing and fixing every issue so you go into the test with a calm, clear mindset.

• Genuine care — I always felt looked after; he keeps you focused on the road while he takes care of everything else.

Suggestion (just an idea): I’m a big visual learner. Having a 360° dash-cam and sharing short lesson clips afterwards could be a great optional add-on. Reviewing those would help learners remember routes, scan their surroundings better (not just what’s in front), and reinforce mirror checks/lane discipline between lessons.

Overall, an excellent instructor who blends technical know-how with a very human, steady approach. If you’re nervous, coming back after a gap, or pushing for that pass, I highly recommend. Thank you!

Had the driving instructor, was a great help throughout the whole time, takes it as slow or as fast as you need, couldn’t recommend it enough.

Had a brilliant first ever driving lesson today. He’s an amazing teacher who explains what to do very clearly and doesn’t make you feel pressured or uncomfortable if you make a mistake in the car. I’d definitely recommend Passngo to anyone who’s starting of their driving journey and don’t quite know which company to book their lessons with.

I had pass N go driving school today and it was an amazing experience being the first time I’ve gotten into the drivers seat. Not only did he manage to teach me lots of different skills and phrases to help me, but also made driving for the first time comfortable and safe and motivated to progress further with him in the future. He also stayed calm which made me feel less nervous and made sure to help with advice when I was uncertain about anything!

He is such a great instructor! I passed my first UK driving test with him when I was actually very nervous about it. He was absolutely brilliant teaching me all the correct rules of the road and making me feel confident to actually drive in the UK and not just to pass a test. I now feel like I can actually drive and park confidently now without panicking by myself. Thank you!

My instructor was great , went through each step slowly no rushing just making sure I took everything in , which give me a clear understanding of the things he was learning me.
