“Shockingly unacceptable service”

I was left waiting for hours after the driving instructor didn't even bother to turn up to the first session. They didn't even call ahead to tell me that they weren't coming. When I contacted the head office to enquire why the instructor never arrived they were dismissive and seemed disinterested in what I had to say, never even bothering to call me back to explain why the instructor never arrived. This is unacceptable customer service. I wouldn't trust this company.
