Bought a motorcycle from this dealer last week. We had driven 130 miles as this bike was hard to find in good condition and at a reasonable price. They hurried to get the bike ready and MOT'd so we could take it home with us in the van. There were a couple of parts that needed attention and they sourced the parts quickly at no cost to us. Just back from buying my second car from West Lancs in 18 months. They are trustworthy, honest and treat you like you are a member of the family. We purchased two used Jukes at the same time. Both with additional warranties and Cared package for additional tests and inspections such as software updates. Both cars had issues from the moment we arrived. Car 1 – we emptied our px car, baby and all ready to drive away, but we were unable to tax as it was registered disabled – we were told to come back and collect another day.
