It is simply impossible to contact anybody at this company, calls to their so called contact centre are (only open for a few hours each day) never answered and contact emails are only answered by the automated bot which acknowledges your query has been received but doesn’t actually ever answer your questions. Heaven only knows what would happen if they had supplied faulty or the wrong items and you wanted to return or exchange anything. Just terrible !!… Read Full Review

Ideal Logic Heat 15 Boiler

Same issue as other customers, live a new build that’s only 3 years old. Had the boiler serviced every year and now I’m constantly experiencing problems with it. Rang Ideal and because it’s out of the 2 year warranty period, they want £350 for a call out charge. There is a reason they only offer a 2 year warranty with this product.
