Just bought a car from West Lancs motors and what a Premier service I received. They certainly went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. I was due to collect the car myself, however, due to work commitments, it was difficult to do so but without hesitation, the person I dealt with delivered it to my home on the due day. I would certainly go back and would suggest that if you are looking for a quality used car,try WLM first before you go anywhere else, you will not be disappointed and will experience excellent customer service without the pressure of being rushed. I found Lance Motors surprisingly easy to deal with. Straight forward, helpful, patient, and I believe genuine throughout the whole process, of buying a used car. The car was serviced and valeted and three days later delivered by the person I dealt with. Just back from buying my second car from West Lancs in 18 months. They are trustworthy, honest and treat you like you are a member of the family. I cannot fault them at all - they walk an extra 2 miles to put you (the customer) first, Nissan Note to Nissan X Trail - the reason I went back was to buy a bigger car - they part exchanged the Note for the X trail - had the former for 18months - not put a foot wrong - a straight honest and reliable car - full service (not just check the points ticked )

I felt like a member of the family and would recommend to anyone looking for a dead straight car along with a great deal.
