User Reviews
Poor Customer Service
Asked for an indication of a value over the phone and was told to do it online. I asked for an indication so I wouldnt waste anyones time going there - was told by the little girl on the phone "well you have to do it online, I don't have a crystal ball".
Don't bother with these guys at all - have a look at the other reviews. I am glad I didn't go there. AND they advertise about how great they are and how they give the best prices! Truth is they are a joke.

Dont Bother!! Waste Of Time And Effort.
Do not believe the online price guide which gives the impression of being reasonable.
Then there is the follow up phone call which in which they say if your car is better than average condition you will get a higher price than the valuation.
The girl said "a lot more" not just more!
The 100km round trip proved fruitless. The guy was pleasant enough but came out with all the old guff as to why the market is so bad, and even though the car was one of the best examples he had seen, was only worth a fraction of the online quoted price.
When questioned as to why the information received had been so misleading, they will just refer back to the disclaimer that price provided before inspection is only a guide.
The Facebook reviews must be groomed as they give the impression that everyone is overjoyed with the experience.
This is some independent advice for people thinking of using this dealer.
If you have a few hours and fuel money to burn, or are desperate to sell your car at any price then give it a go, otherwise just list it privately at a reasonable price and get "a lot more".
