I recently sold my car to this dealer and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Everything was straightforward with no complications at all. Communication was clear, collection was arranged quickly, and the car was collected without any issues. The money was in my bank promptly after the car was collected, exactly as promised. This was honestly so easy, communication was second to none. Money was in the bank within an hour. Staff so friendly. Just plain and simple easy. Hopefully will never need to do this again but if I do i will be dealing with these guys.

Sold my BMW 3 Series

Smooth process. Was offered £2700. I got Paid £2700 within 5 minutes. No haggling, no nonsense. Copart driver was spot on too. Came on the day he said he would and on time. He rang head office to push the payment through fast as I had to get to work and needed it in the bank before he could leave.

BMW 1 series

Recently sold my BMW 1 series, which was a non runner (engine problem), to sellthe car. Received a fixed quote, which was the highest from all the other quotes I received. Communication was excellent, received the payment within an hour after car collection. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Brilliant Service

For what seemed like a disaster when my wifes car engine failed.. Sell the car have been fantastic to deal with from the sales agent to the recovery driver at Tonkins Recovery. A pleasure to deal with and the money was in my bank before they'd put the car on the recovery tuck!

I scrapped my car and ‘sell the car’ gave me the best price out of all of the companies I tried. The guy gave me a call an hour before he was picking up my car due to it being at the garage so it gave me time to get down there to sort the paperwork. Was a really easy exchange and money was in my bank by the time I got home

Excellent service prompt payment.

After filling out initial car details i received a price very promptly. Received a phone call the following morning and agreed to sell. Pickup of the car was arranged for the beginning of the next week and i was contacted by the collection company to confirm the time. Pick up took place as agreed and the money was in my bank 20 minutes later. Can't fault the service and am very happy that i used this company.

They requested for me to put my bank details though email before they came and completed the pick up. From my understanding, no company would ever ask for someone to make or put their credit card details through an email. I don't think I can trust them for this. What should I do? Steer clear as this is a huge red flag or can they be trusted. Thanks!
