Six Year Old Rusty Car!!!
I decided to pay the £200 to have a SEAT moved to Lincoln from Sunderland as from the stock photo the car looked in good condition, it took 5 days to arrive when i was told 3.
I offered my car as PART-EX and was told it had scratches on every panel? which was false and they decided that the part-ex price would reduce by £200!!!.
i viewed the SEAT after waiting 30mins after the appointment time due to the salesman cleaning the outside of the car, it was in a terrible state as it had not been cleaned inside, empty orange juice bottle in the door pocket, rubbish in the back seats and floor, all alloys were scuffed, six dents around the front and rear bumpers and the worse thing was RUST on the drivers side wing area as well as the drivers door which is poor for a 5 yr old car.
Iwas told that all it needed was some TLC.......not by quicks i would imagine.
all i was told is that they could fix the dents and maybe fix the rust(it needed a new wing), the test drive was ok but as the fuel light was on not too far.
i HPI'd the car myself (despite their 100 admin fee for this) and there were 3 red flags for two outstanding finance and a mileage discrepancy.
i decided not to proceed and i am now waiting for my refund and have gone to a main dealer who offered me more part-ex and 12 months warranty as opposed to 30 days offered by Quicks (all note that it as mandatory for all car sales to offer minimum of 3 moths warranty) and no admin fee.
They have now re-advertised the car at a extra £100 than the week before.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE and spend your cash elsewhere.

Absolutely Terrible
Don't buy a car from this garage , we purchased a car and took out the extended warranty for £495 we have tried to claim twice and both times were told we weren't covered , the first time it turned out we were covered and it only took 7 phone calls for someone to agree that the failing part was covered . The 2nd time we were at first told we were able to claim against the warranty and we booked the car in to be repaired the following week , but at 5pm on the night before the car was booked in we received a phone call from the manager saying we were not covered and we would have to pay £300 for them to fix the fault , I think that he left it this late hoping as it was booked in for the following day we would go ahead and pay the £300 , what ever you do do not buy a car from this garage unless you like wasting your time and money ,I can't emphasise enough how bad this garage is !!!!!
