Great Car And Dealership
Part exchanged my current Mitsubishi Phev for a newer model, sale went through without an issue, and Neil was polite and freindly and explained the process in full.
Would definately recomend Harretts Mitsubishi Barnsley and use then for servicing and sales when i come to change again in 3 yrs.
Great service and support thanks to the person I dealt with and the team at Harratts.

Excellent Salesman And Service
My experience at Harratts Mitsubishi Barnsley was positive because i bought the car through only seeing it on autotrader. I had never heard of this group as i stay in Scotland and had concerns about parting with my money as i was paying cash. I was concerned the car wouldnt be delivered / it would not be as described when it arrived etc etc. The salesman and manager could not have been more helpful trying to come to an acceptable arrangement to alleviate my concerns as they completely understood why i was concerned. I eventually decided to pay by credit card as i would then be completely covered if it was a dud sale. They were great at Harratts, they even waivered the credit card charge as a gesture of good will. The car arrived as arranged and it was in fabulous condition. Have been driving it for a couple of months now and have had no problems what so ever. It has given me more confidence of buying a car this way again.

Second Hand Car Purchase
Recently bought a second hand car from harratts wakefield branch. They couldn't help enough, until after they had the money. Then they werent iterested. They didn't fulfil their promises regarding after care, failed to return calls, didnt provide paperwork for things like warranties, and clearly wanted to rat on their promises and commitments. AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE.

New L200
The previous reviews are spot on. By far the worst dealership I have delt with,the L200 bought new had to be recovered numerous times within 1500 miles. Its never their fault and again all comings and going are at my expense and at the moment they will not give me a written confirmation they have solved the problem. Never again, BEWARE.

New Truck
Bought a new L200 from this set of jokers. It's never their fault, it's always at your time and expense. They don't even give a curtesy car for warrenty work, how the chuff are you supposed to get home or to work? Would I buy another? Not a chance. Toyota next time like my van a bit dearer but I am sure it will be worth it.
Will look at internet closer next time, it's not till you talk to people that you realise how bad this lot are.
Worst Car Dealer In Yorkshire
recently bought a secondhand car from harratts mitsubishi at Barnsley. the dealer was very eager to sell me the car a week later the problems started- contacted dealer was told not their problem -was told expected wear & tear and need to take it to local garage to get it fixed and was not under warranty cover. spoke to service department -was told techician who does the specific job wwas not avaliable-left my mobile number to get back to me -no answer.
please beware of this dealer as you buy car from them at your own risk...will welcome u with a smile & THEN once money goes into their pocket they don't care.
Having the same problem with harratts Barnsley.just bought a Vxr from them a week ago.they couldn't be more helpful until they got my money.was told to bring the car back in after a week for a quick spray job on the bonnet.now the sales man won't answer or return my phone calls.last time I'm ever going to buy from harratts again
Could not be truer, had more or less the same experience with them, they took 15k off us for a pathfinder, it then went boom, nothing to do with them its \"wear and tear\" soon gave us the cash back after we threatened them with consumer direct, who i would highly reccomend! what a set of jokers, and one of their sales staff in particular, handshake like a limp lettuce and he needs a good slap!!
