Awful Avoid!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't of even given 1 star if that was an option! Customer service is horrendous and he does not honour the money back guarantee he advertises!!! Avoid at all costs!

Nice Honest Man!

i went to go and view a petrol, he asked how many miles we do a year and said a diesel engine would be better for us! Nice man, very welcoming although we didn't buy the car we test drove it and it was a great car, after the reviews i red i was expecting a horrible man, and infact he was the opposite, no pressure to buy, lets you get on with the necessary checks

A Pleasure

Bought a Vauxhall Zafira had a fault and he returned our money and apologised for the cars failing - nice guy. Had a few cars but nothing else we fancied. Motor dealers can be dodgy but not this one does what it says on the tin without exception. Will check him out again if we need another car.Only problem we had was getting to his site as very limited bus service but this was not his fault.

Terrible Car Dealership

>>>AVOID<<<

This car dealer is the worst I have encountered. I went to view a Ford Galaxy that he assured me over the phone was 'in great condition'. I specifically asked if there were any significant faults as I was travelling nearly 90 miles to view. When I arrived the vehicle took 3 attempts to start, it crunched terribly between gears and shuddered on braking. The front tyres were also nearly bald. It was not safe, never mind 'in great condition'

I was taken in by the friendly phone manner and '24 hour money back guarantee' but in the dealers own words "If I sell a car and it gets brought back, I'll sell it to someone else" Essentially the dealer is simply waiting for someone gullible enough to purchase.

You can find another buyer's poor review on 'CarBuyingAdvisor' website. In hindsight I wish I'd paid more attention to it:

By Briaso 22 May 2014

most of the cars appear to be auction rejects but I was desperate for transport so asked for one that would last a couple of months to enable me to look round for a decent car. £500 later and sat in a wreck with no radio I realised what an idiot I was but money back guarantee off I went, but 12 days later boom! broke down on M60.

Phoned "freshline cars" turns out guarantee is only for 24 hours and he tells me that I should have taken it away from him on a low loader to a garage to have it checked out, who's the comedian here, but never mind he says I've got a Ford fiesta here you can buy for £600 yes you have guessed my reply

all I can say is beware and go to the auctions for a banger at half the price same guarantee as well
