I was made to feel (by the general sales staff) that I'd affronted them for asking to whom I was now talking to. I found none of the sales staff to be in the habit of informing callers to whom they were talking with. When asking who I was talking to a sigh of inconvenience was often present. My vehicle was delivered without the car mats agreed to and the users' manual was forgotten. My £20k investment in one of their cars evoked no detectable gratitude.
