“poorest quality of customer care”

I received extremely poor service from Arnold Clark Oldbury, I bought a car in October18 which was faulty and i was made to feel like a nuisance because i had to keep calling them to see when i could get my car back
A person from services department was so rude she refused to correspond with me and only sent txt messages to my husband. Also the sales manager couldn't even be bothered to treat us with any kind of decency when were told to come back for a refund.
I only have negative words for this company and will continue to inform people of my bad experience.
