Absolutely dreadful customer experience. We had a pre-arranged appointment that was running behind schedule. Having a young child with us make this a stressful experience. When we asked when we were likely to be seen we were met with a rude aggressive tone and told that the appointment was running late and it takes over 45 mins so to expect a much longer wait. Not once was an apology offered. The person we were dealing with was just rude and arguing and full of an attitude for no reason. This was the worse customer service I have ever received and I will never step foot in an Arnold Clark again.
