Do not use you will be asking for your deposit back for months with no customers service. They won’t answer the phone unless you are booking. On line chat is the only way and even then if you show frustration they will not chat. I had to send over 15 emails no reply. A letter saying if I don’t get my money back I will be taking them to Court. Involved Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. As well as Visa disputes with bank. OMG i cannot believe how much frustration this has cause us.

How did you get on with that? I am in a similar situation so it would be good to know what to expect! As the company is now in administration, the administrators have a duty to investigate the affairs of the company and the directors. The administrators are Anthony Batty & Co. Do you think it would be appropriate to contact them?
