Ba Gatwick Gets Worse
Had my 7th flight this year with BA Gatwick. No surprise to experience this was the 7th time this year that their flights were late - one hour late on trip to Malaga last night.
can't blame the French this time......no, it was because BA couldn't find anyone to load the bags. once this was done, there was no one to tug reverse us out. All a complete joke really.
What is so annoying is that the BA staf keep smiling and drone on about having a nice flight and thanking us for our patience!
They need to stop talking the customer service script and concentrate on delivering the basics of on time flights.
Back to Easyjet for me...
