Worst Service Ever
I was happy with their service till I have collected my car. My front bumper had a big scratch and my dash camera memory card erased. After my complain (email to customer service) I had an answer saying they will investigate it. 2 months later and few other phone calls and emails and to customer service I had no reply what so ever!!! Now it will cost me £200 extra to repair my car. My good advice...AVOID THEM!!!!

DO NOT USE - I waited 2 hours on our return to get our car back and only then receiving it after we contacted the police to report our car stolen and Merry Parking refused to even discuss it with me, taking NO responsibility. Merry Parking shield fraudulent parking providers and shield you from seeing their true reviews - look up reviews Wiz Parking which is who they sub contract to and see the terrible experiences

Didn't Bother To Meet Me For Far Too Long
As I was told to do, I called the Merry Parking 30 minutes before I arrived and I thought that there would be someone there to meet me as the name of the service suggests. I waited over 20 minutes for someone even though my friend who arrived at the same time as me was met by his Meet & Greet company right on time. I was travelling on business and by the time I was met my colleagues were through security & already eating breakfast.
The way home was even worse - I waited well over half an hour on my own - the directions of where I had to go weren't clear as they wanted me to go to Departures instead of the short stay carpark as it says to do. Worse of all is when I called up to say I was ready to collect my car the man on the phone rudely told me I had given them the wrong time (9am when I had said 9pm). He made out it was my mistake even though I had given the correct time when booking - I'd even given them my flight number so I don't know how they could get this wrong & be rude about it.
Meet & Greet? Never again. It would have been quicker and easier to get the bus to the long stay parking.
