Meet & Greet Parking - Lounge - Heathrow Terminal 3

We used the Purple Parking Meet & Greet at Heathrow T3 booked through Holiday Extras and everything was absolutely fantastic. Clear easy to follow instructions and dealt with very quickly and the same on return to collect vehicle. Part of the deal was also lounge access at Clubrooms, this also was great. The lounge itself has only been open since April - it was very relaxing and the food and service were great. We will definitely be using both of these services when we fly from Heathrow in the future.

Airport parking at Bickenhill Lane , Birmingham

Parking process went smoothly. There is plenty of space to park cars so no worries about getting scraped.. The bus pickup is right next to where I parked . The bus was waiting and it took less than 5 minutes to get to the Airport departures. Return was the same (bus was waiting when I went to look for at it), and it was nice to be dropped off within sight of my car .

Meet and Greet Heathrow Terminal 2

First time using and a good experience overall. The car was delivered quickly on return. Instructions could be clearer. Meet and Greet is on level 4. I didn't realise that on entering the car park you are already on level 4. I assumed it was ground floor and would need to go up. Got completely lost in the car park so had to go out and start again which cost £7,.50 to go out. instructions should state clearly that the entry point is already on level 4. Apart from that it is a service I will use again.

Great value, But a absolute nightmare trying to find your car after your holiday at night. No lighting anywhere, your trying to find your car in total darkness, it really let's it self down.

Have used this service twice this year and have had no issues at all. Bus was always there dropping off and also picking up. Will definitely use again.

Fabulous service from a staff member

Having got lost on our way to the parking, I was flustered upon arrival and ended up leaving my weekend bag in my boot! I only realised this once we were in the bus on the way to the airport building. After telling our driver, my predicament, he wasted no time at all in getting me back to the carpark and then back to the airport in time for me to catch my flight. He was friendly, calm and patient and I really appreciated his efforts that day.

Fantastic help from staff member

Having arrived very early at Cardiff Airport, without realising I had booked the wrong car park, so drove upto the one that we normally use, took a ticket and drove in and then realised that we don’t normally get a ticket as the barrier recognises the vehicle registration, I pressed the help button and the gentleman was very kind and advised what I already knew by then, he instructed me to exit the car park and he then helped me on how to get to the correct location. He assured me that I would not be charged for entering, but for recognition of a very polite member of staff, thank you for your help!!
