Used this parking company when i went to spain as my mother had died on hoilday.Was gone for about a week .when i returned car was late coming back and it was not till i was driving home i noticed a smoke smell as i opened the ash tray it was full of butts and ash all over the carpet front and back(I DO NOT SMOKE) ,once home cheaked the milage with the M.O.T that i had done 2 weeks before i gave them my car and 200 miles had been put on the clock. WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT USE WWW.GOLD PARKING.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I live in a quiet area of Horley and this company just dumps their cars on the streets here, they do not have a compound. Some if the cars have even been towed away after residents report them Use a reputable comsy.

Car was not returned in cleaned condition! Almost 500 phantom miles have been added to my car!

Avoid at all costs this so called company has been exposed on the BBC Watchdog program.

These people took our money and didn't pick up our car on the day, we had to arrange an alternative on the day. Promised a refund and now we cannot contact them and no refund DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Do not under any circumstances use this set of services. And I suggest back ground checks are done whenever using this kind of service just in case it is the same company using a different name. Ask for address of secure comoound.

I feel it was a life changing event having my car driven as i was on holiday and left in random car parks. i feel it was fantastic service as i wanted to scratch my cam my self but with gold parking they do it for you. I also feel I have too much money and not enough points on my driving licence..... Guess what, thay can give you 3 points and a a fine come to your house at no extra cost!!!! Great service.

This company is a JOKE! they will lie and lie over and over, if you get your car back you are lucky, if you get it back in one piece you're very lucky! Customers seem to be a hindrance to them!

This was on rogue traders on watchdog. they park your car on the street. They don't have a car park. Avoid at all costs

Used them in June 2013 & great service no problems. So booked again for January for 2 weeks. Did not answer phone when en route to airport & ended up in Gatwick long stay car park. Managed to get them on the phone & met driver at airport, gave him key & £15 to get car out of car park. Returned back early from holiday as father ill & died. Let them know & asked to pick up car day later. What a fiasco, ended up meeting at office & driving to car compound in countryside. Got car back but list key (had spare). Promised refund & post key but still waiting.....feel got off lightly after watching rogue traders on watchdog!
