These utter charlatans didn’t answer the phone for over an hour when I called them from baggage claim at Heathrow
I was so stressed and waited in total 2.5 hours for them to bring my car. I met other people at the same time trying to leave their car to go on holiday and couldn’t get an answer from Ezybook to drop their car. They had to book on the spot with another company.
There are so many bad reviews these people should be shut down.
They used a lot of petrol from my car - way too much for where they say they park it.
Utterly disgusting service and so stressful.
They should be ashamed.
