I made a reservation using a credit card. I made this for my teenage kids. I will be leaving on my trip a day ahead of them. I will have my credit card with me. They don't have a credit card. They were going to pay the remainder of the money in cash when they arrive at the parking garage. Prior to making my reservation the only message I read was that the conformation print out was all that was required to get the quoted price. Anyway I got the following message below after I made the reservation.

"To receive credit for your online payment, you must bring the same credit card you used online to check-in to Hilton LAX parking garage."

They should put this text message before the final reservation is made. That way the customer knows what is required. The would probably reduce the number of cancelled reservations. Hopefully I will get my reservation deposit back.
