I'm stood waiting right now at the valet collection point. So far I've been waiting 1hr. There is no one here representing the company. No contact from them to explain why my vehicle is not here. I can only assume they have been writing their own reviews on here. Pathetic service will not use again.

Friendly, courteous and efficient staff, both in booking query and at the aiorport itself arriving and deeparting. We will certainly be using you again.

Have used Airpark me twice now and have not been dissapointed. The price is reasonable and the service is reliable. The fact that you can park at your terminal and go is brilliant, they keep an eye on your flight too, as on our last visit our arrival terminal had changed from the one we had originally booked, but was no hassle for Airpark me as they brought it to the terminal we had landed on.Plus if you park for more than 5 days they clean your car for free, which is a ncie touch. The experience so far has been excellent and we will use them for every trip we have. Aman the driver we have is very professional and helpful, I would highly recommend this service

After finding there site through heathrow parking I took a punt on it. What a superb experience. Friendly, courteous and polite staff who cannot do enough to make parking at heathrow a pleasurable experience. They offer an mot whilst your cars parked which I shall take them up on. Even whilst I was away I had to amend my timings, all of which was easily arranged and confirmed via email. On arrival back into heathrow I was told my meet and greater was already there and my car was gleaming from the free car wash which included a Hoover (totally unexpected). Also my amendment was free!!! A superb service which I have already recommended to colleagues and friends! I think you would struggle to find a better service this day and age! Well done.

Ordering through one of the general sites was a bit tricky so I rang Air park me and I could speak to someone.Brilliant. They directed me to their own website and from then on it was a breeze. It all seemed to good to be true but we got all the confirmation and full instructions on what to do on arrival. We arrived ridiculously early and they aplogised for not being there! I said it was my fault I had not rung them. They listened to all my guidence on the quirky aspects of my car and again gave us good instrctuions on what to do on our return. The car I got back bore no resemblance to the one I gave them. It was sparkly and valeted fully inside. Gone was the fuzzy dash board and truly squalid interior. They really went beyond the call of duty. thanks guys! Air Park me was really good value, completely stress free, no wasted time and the staff were friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I used Airparkme on recommendation and after having used them I can see why. Easy booking process and on my very early arrival a helpful, friendly driver was there with a trolley for me. He even chased me back in to the terminal after a misunderstanding with the keys (my fault). I had a delay with my return flight but AirparkMe were unflappable and reassured me that all was OK. And best of all, I came back to a sparkling clean car, my wheels have never been so clean! My only suggestion is that the departure time needed by you is a little clearer on your booking form (it's not clear if info needed is flight dep time or arrival time at the airport for departure!)

Really superb service from start to finish. Booking was easy and a confirmatory email sent rapidly was very reassuring as this was a last minute booking. The phone was answered quickly when we advised of our imminent arrival. When we arrived a very friendly young man was present with a trolley and helped us get loaded up. He gave clear directions for our return. On return we were delayed a little but found him waiting for us exactly where he said he would be, and again helped with loading the car. He then declined to take a tip for his efforts. Extremely good value and efficient helpful service. No need for valet parking now. I will definitely use this service in future. My only comment otherwise would be that the need to phone could lead to peple using mobiles when driving. Perhaps the call should only be necessary if there is a delay or change in plan.
