So I believe I've fallen for the trap, wish I've have seen this and did my homework. Yes I've paid the subscription because the site told me I wouldn't have full access of reading my 'so called messages'. The site doesn't show an inbox of the people you've made in contact. Doesn't show how long people have been active or if they still use the site. I've reported to PayPal to see if they can help in get my funds back. At a time like this with covid and people are still taking advantage- very disappointing :(

Something is not right about the site - no responses to emails. I haven't paid anything but can see others have, and since 2016, so where has their money and info gone?

I'm very sceptical of this site because it doesn't tell you when people last logged in. And it doesn't let you delete your account. So many people on this site could have created their accounts so long ago! I created an account quite some time ago. I didn't get a single message. I was in London at the time. Quite a busy place. I got a message when they began charging people to create an account. So when I got the email I had a message, oh I need to pay money to see it. I never got to see this message. Since then I created another account. But so many people in my area ( a very small city in comparison to London standards) have written such generic info. "I'm new here, I'd like to meet new people in my area." AND THAT'S LITERALLY IT! So many people. It just doesn't make sense. It really stinks to me and I've never had a single reply in years! Don't waste your money on this site. Something isn't right about it.

This site does not let you delete your account, they ask you to email them your email address and the password you use on the account to delete it for you. This is massively suspicious and gives a huge red flag! Most people use the same password for numerous emails or accounts so I would never risk emailing my address and password to anyone, not even customer service for something I'm joined to.

NEVER GIVE OUT PRIVATE DETAILS TO ANYONE!!

Seemed good until you realise that when you localise your search to your city..and names come up those people dont even come from there.. Also no sign of a chatroom. My emails not being answered by administrators didnt help.. £20 down the swanee. Also not one message by one single soul. Why did I bother..not worth a single star. Keep your money guys.

Drinking Partners is a good site that is actually free. It has just started off so the number of members is small but it easy to use and a bit different. Good features and search facilities.
