I have been with WebhostUK for little over a week and have already moved to another hosting provider.
Each time I logged a support request I was given a different reason for the fault. Each time I was told it was resolved it wasn't.
I work in the industry and am not willing to be fobbed off by technical support teams who cannot do their jobs.
I have absolutely no confidence in their technically ability to support my company's website
Complaints have been ignored and I have requested on 5 occasions to have a refund based on their 30 day money back guarantee.
