Hosting plan doesn't provide what promised on their site. Support tickets take more than 12 hours to answer, their technical skill is below average and can't provide real solutions. And worst of all, the 30-day money back is impossible to get because they just don't respond to cancellation requests or emails about that. I had to create a resolution center case with Paypal to try to get a refund.

It's not another case of "you get what you pay for" because there are few other companies that offer the same service, at the same price, but provides a much better service and support.

Waxspace Hosting hit the mark with transparent pricing, 99.99 percent uptime, and a cPanel back-end. It won our hearts with the easiest on-boarding, best customer service, and for not sending us a single piece of spam.

Have been a customer no for many years and the service has always been 100%. I consistenly recommend friends and colleagues to waxspace Web Hosting.

Well where to actually start with this?

I am an experienced systems administrator who has set up dozens of servers similar to that which waxspace uses, namely cpanel.

I do not require technical support for setting up sites etc but there are things that no person on a shared hosting account can do, and that is where you have to contact support and expect them to do something about it.

In the past few months I have had to email them multiple times about running out of diskspace on /. They appear to be doing no active monitoring because if you do not actually email them the server remains unusable to customers. I am on their Platinum server.

What I mean by unuseable is that due to their mis-management of the server customers are unable to log into their PAID for cpanel accounts and are unable to use email.

The worst thing is that I started to receive spam and like any responsible non business (ALL BUSINESS'S ON THE INTERNET ARE SPAMMERS) non-spammer I started the process of tracking down the spammer and sending single complaints to the abuse department of the spammer.

I was NOT permitted to do this by waxspace.com, as they decided to impliment a global OUTGOING email filter that protects spammers by not allowing the complaint to go through.

I then go and create ONE support ticket per spam email that I was not permitted to send myself to the spammers hosting provider, and the idiots at waxspace merged the 4 tickets and told me not to open multiple tickets.

They claim that they have put my account in their monitoring.

Now I have over 700 bounced emails from spammers who are trying to use my domain to send their filth. I have not sent these emails and can prove it, as my spf key is NOT on the headers of the emails and as I am using their webmail client there are of course no matching sent messages in the sent mail folder.

I set up that feature long before this started.

This kind of hosting provider needs to be put out of business, not get more customers.

I am now looking at vps providers who do not support and pay spammers like waxspace does.

I never expected that waxspace will provide me good support in $1 dollar. As I am small business woman started online site and wanted cheap service with good support staff. My friend Jelly suggest me to go with waxspace web hosting. As a new beginer in I didn't have any technical information about hosting. Whenever I called to them they give me cool support for each and every small query. I will never migrate from waxspace. I also suggest all of you if you want cheap hosting with decent support then go with Waxspace..

I hosted site with waxspace from last 8 month but I am not satisfied as a customer support not giving proper guidance to me..in future I will not tolerate this things else will move other hosting...

The shared hosting is slow. I've been a reseller with Waxspace for many many years and while they used to be decent, they've since gone WAY down hill in support and performance. I mean my ClientExec responds so slow it literally takes about a full minute for it's AJAX interface to load a page and the websites.

I host aren't much better. Please do something otherwise I will migrate..

Waxspace rocks because I get immediate help when I have a tech support call, I've never waited more than two minutes to get a technician. On top of that they're pretty fast at getting things resolved. Their sales staff is also fast and helped me when I wanted to upgrade an account, they figured out my credit for money paid on an existing plan, and I was in action in about five minutes. I got this excellent level of support when I was on their least expensive, "personal" plan. I think that says it all.

WAXSPACE provides the service is first class. I have never been disappointed with the customer service I also particularly like that as a company you do not push the customer into staying with you or trying to get them to give you more money. Cannot rate the customer service highly enough!
