These guys really know what they're doing. The servers never have any trouble; although the backend doesn't have all the crazy bells and whistles other competitors brag about, everything I've needed has just worked. Setting up email? Done. 30 second job, can even do it on my phone when I'm out in a couple of minutes. Creating new domains and subdomains is quick and simple, and it has never taken longer for a domain to propagate than it has said, and even sometimes having been told to allow 24 hours it's ready in 2 or 3 - this is a great help to me as a developer as I don't have to wait for ages and tell a client theres nothing I can do.
And then, if there's something not quite working whether it's to do with incorrect permissions or plugins, or anything really - the team on the online chat are second to none. Every time I've had to contact them about something, usually something I have done that's not quite right and can't figure out why, I have always been connected to a very knowledgeable and polite member of the web hosting team who will either tell me where I've gone wrong, and is happy to explain it so I know for next time, or otherwise it may be something that they can only change from their end in which case they are usually very on the ball and have probably helped someone with a similar problem/with a similar plugin etc. before and will get it done without any hassle.

In summary, a good company and a great team. Would recommend to anyone with similar hosting requirements.
