I don't usually have time to call and straighten out whatever issue I might have. (I say this based on dealings with other companies; with InMotion, I have so few problems, the thing that takes time is to look up where to call. l can always remember "[email protected]".) So... I emailed. With other companies, an email response can take days. With InMotion, maybe it's a couple hours. (If it can't wait, I will take the time to call. The stuff I need, though, I don't generally need right now.)
The response came more quickly than I expected. On this particular go-round, we had to go back and forth a couple times, but even that was no big deal. With most companies, it's a two day wait for a response, then I get something that indicates that the person responding didn't understand the problem; by the time it's resolved (which doesn't always happen, which is another story), I'm usually screaming at a vice president who can't understand why I'm not happy with the service I'm getting.
InMotion hosting is cheap and reliable, and the tech support is outstanding. I won't go anywhere else.
