I began with First2Host over a year ago on a reseller account. I signed up, logged into my WHM and there were no options. Once I contacted support they told me that their WHM was not the latest version. I can only think I was the only customer to sign up for that package, because surely if every other customer had that version they wouldn't have been able to use their WHM properly?

Since then it has been fine until now. I was sent an email with my invoice on and then once to remind me that it was nearly overdue and a third to tell me that my hosting had been suspended two days after the invoice went overdue! They then charged a late fee of £5, when I only pay £2.99 a month for my hosting. No where in there terms and conditions did it state that I would be charged this, nor on any email sent to me did it state this. You will also find that, at the current time, in the UK you can only charge 8.5% per annum on overdue invoices.

Finally, the account suspended page. Once my account had been suspended, when trying to access my domain I was greeted with loud music and a cartoon running across the page with the text "Holy Smoke! Where's It Gone?, Everyone PANIC....YOU JUST GOT 503'D". I find this incredibly unprofessional. I have since terminated my account with them.

Their hosting may also run incredibly quickly at times, however their is an equal amount of times when it just doesn't work or load at all.
