“Slow support response despite being escalated in priority”

I have a domain and a website under which I host a database - I wanted to delete the website but leave the database. I used the delete website option on the control panel, which returned an error but deleted the website and database. The control panel still thinks the website and database exist but theres nothing there. I can't re-create my site until the records in the control panel are removed.

Telephone support as been excellent! I appreciated talking to the same person on each of the calls and not having to explain my problem over and over. Unfortunately it would appear that the second tier of support is not up to speed as two days later nothing has been done. In reality it would take someone with the correct access rights less than a minute to resolve.

I'm almost ashamed to call again as the first line support is so helpful and polite and I'm sure embarrassed that the issue has not been resolved.

It's a real shame because up until now I could not fault their service.
