“Very bad customer/tech support”

I'm a professional web designer and have been hosting all my clients sites with compila over the past 10 years. As I know what I'm doing I need very little support but when it comes to server technology and in particular PHP settings on their servers the guy on the tech support desk is clueless and less than helpful. He set up standard response emails which are beside the point and take about 24 hours to come through. Thus a small job on his side can easily take 2-3 weeks while a shopping cart or a mail reply form does not work and hundreds to online customers can't buy or get in contact. Plus calling the premium rate number will cost you dearly and if you think getting your problem solved quicker - don't even try it, you'll end up screening down the phone in frustration!

Cheep but most frustrating and hugely damaging!
