They have managed to lose 2 of my parcels in the space of 3 months. When asked what is going on and try to find the lost parcels they just lied and tried to pass the buck. I had to do all the chasing up as they would never call when they promised or emailed when they said they would . In the end I gave up after about 20 phone calls. parcels were lost and they didn't care. Please avoid.

I am very sorry to read this review of the service that we have provided on this occasion. I would be happy to investigate the background if I had more information such as the tracking reference or a contact e-mail or telephone number. We successfully carry millions of parcels each year and all feedback is useful and valuable but I regret that I can only investigate specific instances. Will never use them again, John Lewis informed me that theproof of posting returns receipt means nothing when a parcel goes missing
