Tnt delivered a painting bought in spain, to our house in france. The incompetant cretinous driver dumped it at the bottom of our drive, which is 60 metres from the house and not visible from the house. Even though they had 2 phone numbers to contact me, and there is an intercom on the gate, they didnt let me know they were on the way. The art shop contacted TNT, and were given some ridiculous story about a "reception woman" who took the painting. Then they forged a signature. After a month and 2 emails to tnt head office i havent even had an apology. This company are lazy and incompetant
